All services are individually priced or you can take advantage of a Combined Service Packages. If you are a Real Estate or Lettings Business and have multiple properties to shoot I’d be happy to provide a quotation with multiple discount. I am registered as an activity with the Portuguese Finanças and can provide Recibos Verdes (Green Receipts).
IMPORTANT NOTES
- All prices are for standard sized properties and include all rooms, garages, gardens and pool terraces (where applicable). Non-stardard properties with extra rooms (Games Room, Bar, Cellar, Gym etc.) may require an additional charge.
- The number of photographs shot, processed and provided are NOT restricted, I will often shoot more photos than required to give multiple options.
- All prices include one-way driving distances from Portimão up to 80km, distances over 80km incur an additional €20 travel cost. Please Contact Me regarding distances over 120km.
- Due to the Portuguese Privacy Laws all drone flights must be approved by the Autoridade Aeronáutica Nacional. PLEASE NOTE, CURRENTLY, THE AAN REQUIRE 10 DAYS MINIMUM NOTICE!!!!!
- All shoots are covered by my Photo & Video Shoot Terms & Conditions.
LISBON SHOOTS
- Lisbon shoots have an additional €50 travel expense added to the prices below.
- If you require multiple consecutive days in Lisbon, accommodation costs will be added.
- Due to complexities and strict regulations, Drone flights are currently not offered in Lisbon City Centre.

Prices for Commercial Services can vary due to the size and layout. A Corporate Styled Video for your business can also be filmed, please Contact Me as we can provide a tailor-made service for you and your business.
If you require processing services that does not include photography sessions, then this is available on an hourly basis. This can be processing content not made by me or re-processing existing content.
