If you are a Real Estate or Lettings Business and have multiple properties to shoot I’d be happy to provide a quotation with multiple discount. I am registered as an activity with the Portuguese Finanças and can provide Recibos Verdes (Green Receipts).
Please note, all prices are for standard sized properties and include all rooms, garages, gardens and pool terraces (where applicable). Non-stardard properties with extra rooms (Games Room, Bar, Cellar, Gym etc.) may require an additional charge. Certain long distance locations may be liable for a fuel surcharge. Due to the Portuguese Privacy Laws all drone flights must be approved by the Autoridade Aeronáutica Nacional. PLEASE NOTE, CURRENTLY, THE AAN REQUIRE 10 DAYS MINIMUM NOTICE!!!!!
